I’ve been a part of Castlehill Baptist Church for more than 30 years – and it has been very much part of my life too. I’d describe us as a family church, where many of our families have grown up, and grown together over the years. Fellowship is very important to us, as well as worshipping and learning from the Word of God. If you’re looking for a small, friendly church to visit, or be part of, you would be made most welcome. The school values the relationship we have with the church. Alan provides chaplaincy support to the school and engages the children with his input to our celebration assemblies throughout the year. The church runs a parent and toddler group weekly in the school. The numbers attending have grown over the years and the group now operates 2 mornings each week. The church have supported the school to develop their sound system and church volunteers are always willing to help with our fundraising efforts e.g. serving tea and coffee at school events, providing sound desk expertise for our Christmas shows and even running the barbecue at our summer fayres. Thank you for the fantastic group that you run – we have very much enjoyed coming every week for the last three years… it has kept me sane! Rhona, mum of Rowan and Ruaridh
